One of my favorite fastfood is Tokyo-tokyo., Dahil super favorite ko ang Sumo beef misono nila. I can eat yung good for 2.haha:) So last night, i tried to cook this for dinner. So far, happy naman sila sa food nila. Si blayke lang pasaway kasi gusto lang nya yung beef and not the gulay..haha.

Ingredients:

BEEF:

1/2 kg beef tenderloin (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. calamansi
a dash pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
 4 pcs. garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
oil

VEGETABLE:

2 pc. garlic
1 pc onion finely chopped
cabbage thinly sliced
carrots
toge

Procedure:

Marinate the beef in soysauce, calamansi and pepper for about an hour pero mas ok if overnight.
Then in a pan, fry the tenderloin beef 2-3 minutes each side. Cut into strips if desired.
In a separate pan, heat butter then add the garlic until super bango na sya:)) then add the beef strips and sautee for 2 minutes. DOne.

For the veggies, just sautee garlic and onion and add the carrots, cabbage and toge.
Also you can add patis or knorr cube. cook until soft na yung carrots:)
