Chicken adobo sa gata

I prepared this meal the night before kasi baka ma-late ako sa work the next day. This is originally chicken adobo lang, but then dahil feeling ko sawa na sa plain adobo yung mag-daddy ko, nilagyan ko sya ng gata at sili para maiba naman. In fairness masarap sya... Di lang ako nakapagbaon sa work dahil naiwan ko pala ung lock and lock ko dito sa office..

Ingredients:

Oil
4 pcs chicken thigh
1/4 chicken liver
1/4 chicken balunan
1 cup suka
1 cup toyo
pepper to taste
1 clove garlic
aji-nomoto seasoning
basil leaves (optional-- i love this eh)
2-3 pcs laurel
1 pack instant gata mix
Sili :)

Procedure:

Adobo:

In a casserole, mix the chicken meats, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, ajinomoto, basil leaves, laurel and boil for about 30 minutes or until medyo may oil na sya and the chicken is cooked.

Adobo sa gata:

In a separate pan,  sautee the garlic (from the adobo) in oil, add the chicken until medyo golden brown.
Add some adobo sauce, about 1 cup and then add the gata mix ( powder diluted in 1 cup water) and let it boil for 2-3 minutes without mixing. add the sili.. Mix it well and voila. Done:)
